When combined, these techniques can provide a comprehensive approach to healing from the inside out. They address the individual's thought patterns, family dynamics, traumatic experiences, and personal goals, providing a holistic approach to therapy that can accelerate healing and personal growth.

NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING NLP focuses on understanding how people organize their thoughts, feelings, language, and behavior to produce the results they do. It provides tools and skills for the development of states of individual excellence. In the context of healing and personal growth, NLP can help individuals change their thought patterns and behaviors that are not serving them well.

INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS Imagine your mind as a family with members having their own thoughts, emotions, and roles. This is the “internal family.” Just like a real family, these internal members, or parts, can sometimes have conflicts and disagreements. As you think of your mind as an organized system, there are different parts that play specific roles (a part of you helps you focus, a part of you might worry about the future). The Parts Model helps you identify and understand these parts in a positive way, thereby creating freedom and empowering communication with yourself at the core level.

EXPERIENTIAL THERAPY This is a therapeutic method that can help you change the way you perceive and interpret past experiences, especially those that have been troubling or traumatic. Experiential reframing is often used in my sessions to help clients examine thoughts, feelings and behaviors at a subconscious level.

RAPID RESOLUTION THERAPY This is a short-term therapy that aims to help individuals permanently overcome the ongoing effects that stem from traumatic experiences. It can help individuals quickly resolve emotional distress and eliminate the negative effects of trauma.

TRAUMA-INFORMED CBT A Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach is specifically designed for individuals with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other trauma-related disorders. It helps individuals understand and change thought patterns that lead to destructive behaviors.

COACHING Coaching focuses on helping individuals identify their goals, develop strategies to achieve these goals, and boost their self-confidence. It can provide individuals with the tools they need to continue their personal growth and healing journey.
