What is the difference
between therapy and coaching?
Therapy can provide you with emotional support, healing from past unresolved emotional wounds, and gaining an understanding of yourself to find greater peace in the present. Coaching is about looking ahead and clarifying your goals to create a future you desire with meaningful action.
In my practice, we can focus on one, or combine both, depending on your individual needs.

I'll guide the process with questions, reflections and techniques designed for our goals in sessions.
